What is MPF Trustee?

MPF Trustee defines what MPF Trustee is used by your company and the MPF file template you would like to use. You need to assign the MPF Trustee in staff Placement profile if the staff need to have MPF contribution. You can generate the MPF file by going to Payroll -> Generate MPF File.

What can be defined in MPF Trustee?

MPF Trustee Code: a shortcode to represent the. MPF Trustee

MPF Trustee Name: Full name of the MPF plan

Contribution Template Name: define the file template of the MPF Trustee used

MPF Plan Number: the plan number of the MPF plan of your company. Please fill in the plan number if your company uses more than 1 MPF Trustee or you want to override the number input in the Organization

Reference Number: reference number of the MPF plan if needed

Contact Person: the person in charge for MPF submission

Contact Number: the contact number of the contact person

Tel/Fax/Address/Website: information of your company. You can just ignore it is the same as the information in the Organization
