What is Job Order Template?
Job Order Template stores the formula to instruct how the pay amount of each pay type is calculated.
You will create a new one when you think the formula is complicated enough to have its own set of rules. Different companies or different groups of staff can have a different set of formulas to calculate their payroll.
For example, there should be at least one Job Order Template for each region if you are a multi-region company. Or if you have two groups of staff whose payroll calculation is so different from the others, you will create 2 Job Order Template for each of the groups.
To define the Jor Order Template, you can go to Staff -> Job Order.
**If you have any changes in the Job Order Template, please recalculate the existing payroll to apply the updates.
