There are two ways to set up a competency set for the employee
Method 1) Update competency set in Placement manually
- Go to "Staff" --> "Placement" --> Appraisal section
- Select the competency set for this staff
Method 2) Update competency set for a batch of employees
- Go to "Staff" --> "Placement" --> Export
- Input the competency code for employees in the placement file
- Import this file back to Backstage.
