After all competencies were created, you are going to categorize those competencies by employee job nature or grading according to your company needs.
Step 1) Go to "Appraisal" --> "Competency Set" --> "Add New"
(Below Competency Set for your reference only)
Step 2) Fill in the information for each competency set
For example, you can group some competencies to "Management Staff" and this set will be ready to be selected in the staff Placement file.
For the weighting of the competencies, please note that the weighting should not exceed 100%
You need to select the competency set once you had defined for each staff (Will guide you in Step 5: Assigning Competency Set to Employees)
