Master Data - Certificate Type

What is Certificate Type?

Certificate Type differentiates the nature of Certificate or License, e.g Transport, Working Visa, or Vaccination records. The system would have reminders if the certificate/license is going to expire in Admin Portal Dashboard.

You can go to Master Data -> Certificate Type ->Add new to set up the new Certificate Type.

What can be defined in Certificate Type?

Code: the shortcode of the Certificate Type

Name: the full name of the Certificate Type

Description: details about the Certificate Type

Remark: any notes for your reference

**In the Placement Profile, when Certificate Name=Visa and with start date filled, the system would know this is a foreign employee and will have an alternative MPF start date calculated.
