What is Internal Grade?

Internal Grade is used to represent the staff grading in your company. For example, you can have two internal grade: Managers and Individual Contributors. Or you can have a detailed grading like the government from 0 to 49.

Internal Grade is part of the Placement Movement record which is assigned together with an effective date.

What can be defined in Internal Grade?

Internal Grade Code: a short code to represent a Internal Grade.

Internal Grade Name: full name of the Internal Grade 

Sequence Number: sequence number of how this record is sorted

Description: detailed description of this record

Notice Period: optional. To specify the notice period of staff belongs to this grading.

Notice Period Unit: optional. To specify the notice period of staff belongs to this grading.
