ESS Employee - Update Personal Information – Carbonik Support

Go to Sidebar->Personal Information
Click Update you can update the information e.g. address, bank account, or any certificates
Then “Submit update request” and it will then be reviewed by the HR Department
After submitting the request, staff cannot update the personal information and submit another application until the application is approved or rejected.
"Cannot update personal info when there is a pending request" would be shown.
You would receive the email notification no matter the request is approved or rejected
