What is the ESS User ID and Password?
User ID
The User ID is the applicant number in the system, or the work email of staff you input in the placement profile.
Password
The ESS login password is the password you have set when you create the applicant profile. It is the payslip password too.
◆ If you forgot the password has set or staff forgot the password, you can reset/change the password as the following
