What is this:
"TLD" stands for "Termination Leave Days". This payroll variable returns number of actual balance of the specified leave type, as of date of termination, if the termination date falls within the payroll period.
Value will be returned:
Returns number of actual balance of the specified leave type, as of date of termination, if the staff is terminated (has end date entered) and the end date falls within the payroll period.
By default, number of termination leave days will be round up to integer.
Example:
Company pays outstanding annual leave balance when the staff terminated. Let's say the leave type code of annual leave is "AL", put this at pay number of unit formula to get number of ending balance:
[TLD(AL)]
If the AL ending balance is 6.7, then we will have 7 here.
